DEPOSITS
The deposit for any reservation costs 150 €. In order to confirm the booking, the whole amount should be paid at least 4 weeks before the arrival of the customer.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We should be notified of any special requests, like for example meals for vegetarians or anything else, at the same time as the confirmation of the booking and definitely before the arrival of the customer to Milos Beach.
WINDSURFING OR KITEBOARDING
So that you won't have any problems with the local authorities (e.g. fines from the port authority) you always have to follow our instructions, otherwise we can't accept any responsibility.
The equipment for every customer is personal and can't be used by anyone else.
The client owns the basic board for the specified renting time, while he can exchange it with another one that he prefers as long as it's available.
NON-WINDSURFING OR KITEBOARDING
The customers who aren't windsurfing or kiteboarding have definitely a discount. However, we are mainly interested in adults and children who want to practice windsurfing and kiteboarding. So, the minimum ratio is: one windsurfing or kiteboarding customer to one non-windsurfing and non-kiteboarding customer in any party.
CHILDREN
Children 2-16 years incl. are usually entitled to a discount, as long as they share the room with 2 full paying adults. Children, who aren't windsurfing and aren't sharing the room with 2 full paying adults who are windsurfing or kite boarding, are entitled to the discount of a non-windsurfing or non-kite boarding adult.
Infants under 2 years, who haven't booked a bed, don't have to pay for the accommodation.
INSURANCE
All the customers purchasing one of the windsurfing programs are insured (according to our insurance policy): Third party liability Liability against passengers and third party up to 234.776 € according to the law 3131/94 and the general terms, which are included, with the following maximum limits per accident:
a) Death/ Physical injuries up to 146.735 €,
b) Damages up to 88.041 €.
DAMAGE EQUIPMENT
The cost for possible damage of the equipment by accident is covered by the insurance included in the rent. If someone is negligent during the usage of the equipment or causes damage on purpose he is obliged to fully cover the cost of the damage. The insurance policy becomes invalid under bad weather conditions, but can use the equipment being fully responsible for it.
